all u have to do is to have a strong will to leave it, try to decide fom now, i will leave mastubation and for ever
second ly try to be busy all the time, dont think about sex too much and try hardly to avoid things that turns you on, no hot movies or hot pictures
thirdly try to strengen your relation with Allah
fourthly keep always tell your self you are a gooooood person and you deserve the best which means healthly relationd with your husband not a very short pleasure via mastubation
